Another fine effort at tackling the Diamond numbers, guys 
I would also like to see Diamond expand the list past the Top 100. The industry is shifting and it would be interesting to get better data on how the numbers reflect these changes.
Chris raised the question of how delays effected the sales on the American Flagg hardcover. I was one of the ones who was all geared up for the HC when it was announced. I had it preordered on Amazon about 3 years ago. The book kept getting delayed, my preorder was cancelled, and I decided to start picking up all the back issues of American Flagg I was seeing in quarter bins. By the time the final solicit for the HC was announced, I already had more than half of the run. So in my case, the production delays did indeed result in one less sale for the hardcover.
