This implies you had a letter published as a kid. Details?BobBretall wrote:I don't have ANY of those except the issues of "Amazing World of DC Comics" and mine don't have an Infantino autograph.
I really covet that issue of Creem with Spider-Man on the cover!
I wish I knew what I did with the No-Prize I got when I was a kid......I'd post a picture......heck, I'd frame it.

I only ever wrote one letter (that I recall) and it was praising Marvel's heroes and how they could stomp on their DC counterparts. I recall describing how Quicksilver was better than the Flash, Hawkeye was better than Green Arrow, Scarlet Witch & Zatanna, etc.Trev wrote:This implies you had a letter published as a kid. I don't know if it was published (I certainly never saw it in print) I always assumed it just tickled their fancy in the Marvel offices.

Well, I started reading comics in 1970 & definitely had sense enough not to write such a letter by 1976.....rzing20480_2000 wrote:Do you remember what year? We could have a contest to search for it and the winner gets a no-prize. Opps
If I had to guess, I'd place it around 1972 +/- a year.
If somebody does find that letter, I'll figure out some kind of prize for them.
