I haven't received my shipment from DCBS yet, but after listening to your very favorable review, I already feel better about buying the Jimmy Olsen special.
I think it's interesting that James Robinson seems to have this affinity for characters that got their start in 1st issue special. In addition to Atlas and Codename: Assissin, but in the pages of Statman Robinson also brought back the Mikaal Tomas Starman, which will also be appearing in the new Justice League monthly.
Can a ressurection of The Green Team, Lady Cop and The Dingbats of Danger Street be far behind?

As most would guess I do read Ghost Rider but it's been on the 'getting ready to drop list' for me and the only thing that hasn't had me drop it yet is due to the strength of the story from Jason. The art as far as I'm concerned is subpar and since I've been reading the book since the start of the Danny Ketch run and going through everything with the Midnight Sons I really thing that the artist should have made the characters recognizable. For Example in either last months issue of the month before it took me 3/4 of the book to realise that the blonde guy was Blackout and not some other weird guy that they just created for the issue.
In my opinion I don't think that Marvel know what to do with Ghost Rider since there are alot of people that only read that book and he has a cult following outside of the normal comics reader so if they are just testing new creators on it or what I'm not sure.
If I was to put anyone on there I would keep Jason writing it but try to get Tex back on the art and not just on covers so we have the great visuals that we had in the Way run but with the really strong story to match.

After I listened to your episode I'm glad I didn't pick up this Ghost Rider #28 issue. I almost preordered it from August previews based on the amazing Silverstri covers. I would've been miffed that the interior art wasn't as good. I wonder if these will end up in the 50 cent or dollar bins some day.
