This is tough for me, as it seems to change a good bit.

1. Geoff Johns (come on, I wouldn't have become a DC fan without him)
2. Terry Moore (SiP for the win)
3. Warren Ellis (yeah, the more and more I read of him, just yes)
4. Gerry Conway (love his work)

Honestly, this list will change in the future. Hard to put some of the indie creators I'm reading here because they usually write and draw the books.

Honorable mention: Greg Rucka, Jay Faerber, and Dan Abnett
