Not sure, but it seems to be 8 issue behind the others. Issue 14 being solicited now

Earth 2 launched in May of 2012 (along with Batman Inc, Dial H, GI Combat, Ravagers & World's Finest) the same month as other New 52 books were on issue #9.

The wave 2 books replaced the cancelled
Blackhawks
Hawk and Dove
Men of War
Mister Terrific
O.M.A.C.
Static Shock

If we wait the 2 years, and things continue as they seem to be going, I don't think it will be hard for Marvel to match the 11 when just three of their writers will be responsible for over half of that, with 6. You figure Hickman, Bendis and Fraction will have:
AVENGERS
NEW AVENGERS
UNCANNY X-MEN
NEW X-MEN
FF
FANTASTIC FOUR

Add in Fractions HAWKEYE, Waid's DAREDEVIL and then you only need 3 more to hit that 11.
(Of course, having it NOW and having it THEN ... are two different things  )

EDIT - of course, looking over the remaining titles, and taking another years worth of time into consideration, perhaps it will not be as easy as I originally thought. I mean, sure you could probably add Waid's HULK and Bendis' GotG to titles that will probably still have the same writer at the helm ... probably, but that only gives us 10 and ... after that ... Hmmm??
Jason Aaron Thor. Perhaps Gillen's Iron Man?
