I think the Flash wins the WTF moment, seeing as how the cover basically lies about what is in the issue. Sure he appears at the end, but someone seeing that cover might think a cool Reverse Flash story is in here. Nope.
Actually I change my mind, I, Vampire wins the WTF moment for the past few issues with a story direction that completely lost me and was complete garbage. I loved the book until the JLD crossover, then it got good again but these past few issues .... wow.
